Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Vellmont. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — and return shipping is on us.

Your 30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive it, for any reason. This extends the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom; you do not need to give a reason for your return.

Condition of returned items

To receive a full refund, items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging. You may handle and try on items as you would in a store. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, we may reduce the refund by the diminished value of the item, as permitted by law.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at contact@vellmont-co.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
  2. Our team will reply with your return instructions, the return address and a prepaid return label or reimbursement of your return shipping cost. Returns are processed by our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so please wait for these instructions before sending your parcel to make sure it reaches the right place.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free. Vellmont covers the cost of return shipping for all returns made in line with this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue your refund within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever happens first. Refunds are made to your original payment method, at no cost to you. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account. Any original standard delivery charge paid is also refunded when you return a full order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@vellmont-co.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Consumers in the EU benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery, and consumers elsewhere may have similar rights under local law.
